Description: What started as a simple flooring update quickly turned into a full-scale renovation once demolition revealed hidden mold behind the existing fixtures. The original space featured a builder-grade soaking tub, dated tile, and muted tones that left the room feeling closed in and underwhelming. With the extent of the underlying damage, a complete tear-out became the best path forward, giving us the opportunity to not just repair the issue, but completely reimagine the space.

The result is a bright, modern bathroom that feels both clean and luxurious. A custom walk-in shower with dramatic marble-look tile, matte black fixtures, and a frameless glass enclosure now anchors the room, while the new flooring ties everything together with a fresh, cohesive look. What began as an unexpected challenge ultimately became a stunning transformation, proving that sometimes the best results come from starting over.
