Judi & Frank Cave - Owners

Judi and Frank Cave are not just business partners—they’re a team that’s been building together for 25+ years.

Judi got her start in construction dispatching for a cable installation company alongside her grandmother. Her efficiency, curiosity, and willingness to learn quickly earned the respect of the installers she worked with. From early on, she understood the importance of listening to clients and making sure their needs were met—something that continues to define her approach today.

Frank, meanwhile, began learning the trade in his father’s drywall business as a kid. He later worked for a building and restoration company, where he rose from laborer to lead foreman and began taking night classes in building codes, fire and water restoration, and chemical reduction. His skillset expanded to include tile, hardwood, vinyl, laminate, and a wide range of carpentry and framing techniques.

Together, Judi and Frank started their own remodeling company, serving clients primarily at Wintergreen Resort. For 10 years, they built a reputation for one-of-a-kind design concepts and personal service, especially for vacation homeowners seeking high-quality, trustworthy renovations. Judi focused on design and client care, while Frank ensured every detail was executed with precision and a commitment to clean, respectful job sites.

In 2019, Frank and Judi became official co-owners of their current company, where they continue to help clients bring their dream spaces to life. Judi remains a hands-on partner from concept to completion, while Frank makes it a point to communicate clearly and take great care of every home he steps into.

Their teamwork, trustworthiness, and shared passion for quality construction have made them a go-to team for homeowners seeking lasting value and a smooth renovation experience.

Dallas Fitzgerald - Lead Tile Installer

Dallas has been working in the tile and remodeling industry since he was 18, following in the footsteps of his father who owned this business originally. With years of hands-on experience and a strong eye for detail, Dallas has developed a reputation for precision, craftsmanship, and bringing design concepts to life exactly as envisioned.

He is often specifically requested by clients for tile installations due to his consistent quality and ability to execute even the most intricate designs. Whether it's a custom shower, detailed backsplash, or a full-floor layout, Dallas takes pride in making every project both beautiful and built to last.

Outside of work, Dallas is a proud member of a bourbon club, where he enjoys exploring unique flavors and swapping stories with fellow enthusiasts. His love for craftsmanship and quality carries over from the workshop to his whiskey tastings.

Melody Denny - Project Manager

Melody joined Shenandoah Flooring & Interior Designs in 2019 and has steadily grown into her role specializing in kitchen and bathroom remodels. With a strong background in design and project coordination, she works closely with clients to bring their vision to life—guiding them through each phase of the remodeling process.

Known for her attention to detail, clear communication, and commitment to creating functional, personalized spaces, Melody takes pride in tailoring each project to fit her clients' needs and style.

Outside of work, she’s deeply family-oriented and enjoys spending her free time tackling DIY projects at home—channeling the same creativity and care into her personal life as she does on the job.

Ari Skelton - Lead Estimator

Ari brings a unique blend of creativity, customer care, and digital strategy to Shenandoah Flooring & Interior Designs. Since joining the team in 2021, she’s helped clients feel confident and informed throughout their renovation journey—whether they’re picking out flooring or planning a bathroom update.

With a background in customer service and a growing expertise in design and materials, Ari is dedicated to making every client interaction smooth, helpful, and enjoyable.

Outside of work, Ari enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Axl — who keep her grounded and reminds her that creating comfortable, welcoming spaces starts at home. That same mindset carries into every client interaction and project she’s part of.

Axl - Chief Tail-Wagger and Official Door Greeter

Axl’s job title might be “greeter,” but don’t let that fool you — he’s really here to make sure you get the warmest welcome (and maybe sneak a treat or two). With a tail that never stops wagging and a nose for good vibes, Axl patrols the lobby to ensure everyone feels like family.
